Professional Development
Your staff needs ongoing, high-quality professional development. Professional development can be customized to meet the needs of your staff whether it is in-person or online. Professional Development includes time for coaching and follow-up or is presented in a series format. Areas of PD include Executive Function Skills/Behavior, Executive Function and Augmentative Alternative Communication Connections, and Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC).

Assistive Technology and Augmentative Alternative Communication Support
Not all teams are comfortable fully considering the Assistive Technology or Augmentative Alternative Communication needs of students. If you don’t do this often they are usually areas that cause staff and teams to have some anxiety. AT and AAC support can include evaluations, helping set up a team for your organization, consultation, or coaching.
